The Process

This painting was commissioned for a couple getting married in Switzerland.

I took the opportunity to take photos of each stage of the painting process - it illustrates the 'layering' process. Each colour is applied in a transparent 'glaze' - thus allowing previous marks and to show through, creating an inner glow!
