If you have been searching for that perfect painting for your empty wall and have a location that's special to you and your family or if you fell in love with a painting from a previous collection and would like something similar in a different size perhaps, then here is a step by step guide to making it happen. 

I can either work from real life or from your photographs or even from Google Earth. The process usually takes a couple of months from initial meeting to presenting the finished, framed work so try not to leave it too late if you have a deadline in mind.

1. Choose a location and a size.
I do sometimes put figures in my paintings so decide if thats something you would want to include. The price is the same for a painting in the gallery as it is for a commission, so you can get an idea of prices from the website.

2. You meet with me in person, on the phone or by email to discuss your ideas and pay a 20% deposit.

3.I will prepare some coloured sketches to show you before commencing the painting.

4.Your oil painting is finished, framed and ready for your wall.
