This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Two Kats and a Cow (“Two Kats and a Cow” or “we” or “our” or “us”) collects, stores, shares, and uses information, and your choices about privacy when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, “Services”).

We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Two Kats and a Cow is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

All our data is obtained through voluntary registration this can be in the form of; registration via the website, registration via a written sign up book in the gallery in Brighton or registration via the invoice when you purchased something from us and agreed with the tick box to receive future correspondence.

Registration, Access and Records

To register for an account on our website, you will need to provide your full name and a valid email address. If you have an account, you may access, add, remove or update certain information about you in your profile and account settings. It is your responsibility to update all such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. We will retain your anonymised, aggregated, depersonalised data after it has been deleted from our Site.
